My name is Robert Billings and I am an aspiring web designer in Tampa, Florida. Web design first sparked my interest about ten years ago when my dad built his first web site. However, over the past three years, I've found that I have a passion for web design and while developing new skills through forums and tutorials, I've begun to develop some of my own simple code snippets.

I had the opportunity of working for an online magazine publisher building websites using Joomla. While not an ideal position, it gave me the chance to really see several coding languages and techniques in action while learning server navigation, some SEO tricks and link building techniques.
